The high quality heavy wool overcoat is in excellent condition, without holes, damage or repairs. The coat retains all buttons. The tailor label is intact on the interior, which also bears an embroidered name tag. Each cuff with a thin sleeve stripe indicating a warrant officer rank. Exterior buttons on the outside are false, with another set of buttons on the interior.
