WWII Japanese Army Officer's Rain Cape

The green cotton poplin cape shows spots and soiling from wear, but it is without holes, damage or repairs. All front buttons are intact, as are the buttons on the rear center vent. The interior of the cape has a label bearing handwritten kanji, presumably the name of the officer who wore the cape. Overall very good field used condition.
