13th HUSSARS OFFICERS CROSS BELT & POUCH 1899

.RARE Officers Silver Flap Pouch and Cross Belt, fine silver ( hallmarked 1899) front flap pouch with gilt metal crowned VR cipher, black leather pouch with securing flap. Complete with the original cross belt having hallmarked silver furniture for Birmingham 1890 and made by Bent & Parker.Pouch belt with pricker and chains and six battle honour scrolls for Peninsular, Waterloo, Alma, Inkerman, Balaklava & Sevastopol in pierced gilt lettering on backing plates.An excellent condition for Victorian period Officers pouch to this scarce Regiment.Some stitching faults to the belt but generally a good example.
