Japanese Signed Tanto Blade

Original era manufacture. Polished steel blade measuring 12.5 inches in length, 17.25 inches overall. The blade is clean, with a few tiny nicks in the cutting edge. Dark corrosion on the tang indicating age, with two Kanji characters cut into one side of the tang.
