WWII Japanese Cotton Good Luck Flag – Named to 'Ryosuke Hitaba'

Flag measures 29 X 34 inches, shows a number of small holes and a larger one on the edge. Text is patriotic slogans, the name 'Ryosuke Hitaba', shrine stamps and 'Akio Sawami Administrator of the Miyajidake Shrine'. I have copied a photo of the shrine from Wikepedia.
