Japanese Order of the Rising Sun Grand Cross Breast Star

The Grand Cross breast star shows a fine and uncleaned patina to the silver component of the star. The enamel component of the star has a repair to one of the white rays that is approximately 1/4 of an inch in length. The 'C' catch on the reverse is somewhat depressed, preventing movement of the pin out of the catch.
