Small WWII Japanese Patriotic Parade Flag on Collapsible Staff

The small cotton flag is approximately 9 inches by 13 inches. The flag shows some spots, but it is without holes or damage. The flag is secured to a collapsible celluloid staff that expands to a length of approximately 14 inches. The staff and the flag are within their original cloth carrying pouch. Overall excellent condition.
