Pre 1900 Japanese Order of the Rising Sun 3rd Class

Old style ribbon with deep red edges and first type clasp. One side of the order shows a few cracks to the white enamel of the rays, as well as cracks to the central red roundel. The neck ribbon has the gilt adjustment clasp.
