Small Named Japanese Flag with Kanji and Caricature

The small silk flag is approximately 12 inches by 17 inches. Along with the drawing is the name of 'Takase Horai', so presumably the drawing was a caricature of Mr. Takese. Two corners are reinforced and have cord ties. The flag is in excellent condition, without tears or holes.
