WWII Paper Flag of the Japanese Navy Minister – 10 X 14 inches

The paper flag is approximately 10-1/8 inches by 14-3/8 inches. The flag is single sided, with the printed side having a gloss finish. The two hoist corners have string ties. The flag has a light vertical fold in the center but overall it is in excellent condition.
