Description

I recently uncovered five - fully identical and simply never used nor cap-attached! - examples of the WH (Heeres) greyish-silver-coloured (and just minimally tarnished) so-called: 'M43'-pattern cap-badge (ie. 'Mützenabzeichen') each depicting three: 'Eichenlaub'-branches as were used by the various 'Jäger'-related, divisional-staff throughout the war and that come in a virtually mint- ie. unissued, condition. The neat pieces - which are executed in greyish-silver-coloured- and (I deem) typical zinc-based metal (ie. Feinzink) are totally void of a makers'-designation (as more often) and retain all their three (fragile but of course still functional and never bent) prongs in place (as can be seen on the pictures). All five cap-badges are just a tiny bit stained but were never cleaned nor polished: they originated from the left-overs of an old distributor or tailor-shop. My asking-price is naturally intended per single specimen. Simply a great occasion to acquire a 100% original 'Jäger'-related cap-badge for a competitive price!
