Excellent Kriegsmarine officer's overseas cap, constructed of issue quality dark blue wool, with lining of ribbed black cotton, stamped in white ink with what may be faint maker's stamp and size 59 (closer to 57/58), having gilt metallic piping machine applied during the production process along the turn up, the woven national emblem is with gilt wire on a dark blue field, it is factory hand sewn, the multi piece rosette is rendered in aluminum and black colored wires with a red colored felt center and it is hand sewn, in lightly worn condition and damage free, rarer cap, USD $2070
