M40 Luftwaffe single decal steel helmet hkp64

Interesting mid war produced M40 pattern Luftwaffe helmet in very good condition. The decal on the left side remains nearly 95% intact. The exterior sand mixed paint is typical for this manufacturer (SE/hkp). Great to see a 'splotch' of thick paint on the front of the helmet. The helmet is complete with its original liner. The leather is complete and feels supple and strong. The split pins remain unmessed with. The original draw string is present. Comes with genuine chin strap, marked on the tip. Maker marked shell by hkp (former SE) and has a size 64 shell. Lot number 12784. A great untouched single decal Luftwaffe helmet!
