German State Service Armband

This is a nice golden-yellow coloured, linnen-based armband, as worn by official- and designated employees working in the state's service (Armbinde für Zivilangestellte). The armband shows an interwoven black-coloured (left facing) eagle on a yellow background and is executed in a technique similar to the 'BeVo'- weave technique. There is a nice ink-marking which looks to be marked 'Heeresdienststelle 11'. Nice original example in very good condition!
