An attractive display / re-enactors item, a quality reproduction of the1800-1812 British Army Napoleonic War General Service Pattern 'Stove Pipe' Shako plate, stamped in brass. Circa 155 mm High &103 mm wide. A few small surface scratches otherwise near mint. Only one available.No fixings present, as these were attached by fitting fine wire from holes punched in pairs at the four corners of each plate, and 'laced' on to the helmet.K&K Vol 1 No 8 refers.Comm LGJR
