German WWII Hitlerjugend Fahrtenmesser, RZM M7/13, Schuttelhofer Mfg.

Original period manufacture. A decent example of the WWII Hitler Youth knife, produced by Arthur Schuttelhofer, RZM code M7/13, which is clearly marked on the blade. The polished steel blade measures 5.5 inches in length, decent enough for a kid's knife. Cast steel guard and pommel with a plated finish. Chip in the enamel HJ diamond as shown, crack in the reverse grip plate. Painted steel scabbard with about 70% finish remaining. Brown leather belt strap with an intact pommel strap.
