US WWII Infantry Regimental Color, 413th Regiment, 51 x 66 Inches

Original period manufacture. Infantry blue rayon flag with gold color fringe on three sides. Embroidered eagle on both sides, with a ribbon bandeau honoring the 413th Infantry Regiment. The chest area of the eagle is not decorated, perhaps the 413th didn't have a distinctive unit insignia at this time. WWII style issue tag inside the hoist, with the tag sewn to a OD cotton backing material, marked Philadelphia Depot. During WWII the 413th served with the 104th Division in Europe.
