A good original Second World War period 'A.R.P.S. Civil Defence Instructor gilt and enamel lapel badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'H.W.M.Ltd' (H.W.Miller Ltd). Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright, an excellent example.Height approx 33mm.
