German WWII Heavy Porcelain Serving Bowl-This would be used as a serving bowl in the army dining hall. It is a large serving piece made of heavy duty glazed white porcelain. It measures approx. 8 ¼ inches(20.95cm) across and stands 3 inches (7.63cm) high. The bottom is extremely well marked with a Heer eagle, the maker, R.S. Tillowitz, and the 1939 date. There is some scuffing inside from normal use, but overall, this is in very good condition.
