German WWII Army Bread Bag Strap

German WWII Army Bread Bag Strap-This green canvas strap measures approx. 42 inches (106.68 cm) length, and just over an inch in width. These bread bag straps were used for many other things than as a shoulder strap, they were refashioned and used on helmets to hold camo twigs onto the helmet for example. This has a faint RBN'r in black, that is difficult to make out. It has an aluminum snap clip on each end, with a brown leather reinforcement. The aluminum hooks are excellent and still work. It is in very good condition.
