US WWII USAAF Type B-3A Leather Flyer's Gloves-This is a beautiful pair of brown leather gloves. They are in very good condition. The inside is very nicely marked with a US ARMY Force stamp, and the maker Acme Glove Corp. They are a size 9. These are made of a lighter leather, so they may be considered summer gloves. This glove style was standardized in July 1943. This is a pair of unlined light tan capeskin leather gloves that cover the wrists and lower forearms for greater protection from flash burns. The very soft leather enabled greater manual dexterity making it an excellent flying glove. These are excellent.
