Scarce early pattern king's crown brass sleeve badge with two loops and original shaped brass back-plate to the reverse. The king's crown to the centre of a circlet bearing the motto, ' Tria Juncta In Uno' on an eight-pointed star above the furled scroll, ' Trained Soldier.'
