Canadian W.T.P.B. (Wartime Prices and Trade Board) Stockings Size 10.5

Original Canadian deadstock stockings. The toe is marked W.T.P.B. (Wartime Prices and Trade Board). Marked size 10 1/2 but they seem slightly smaller (or maybe the size accounts for stretch). Very good condition.
