US 1930's Reserve Officer Training Corps Marksmanship Jacket Patch

Original period manufacture. A large format jacket patch of several color sections of machine sewn wool felt, Individually sewn stripes. Nice vintage look to it. Removed from a jacket, measures 4.75 inches across.
