A very scarce original '1954 Aintree racecourse Liverpool County Stand gilt and enamel pin badge' depicting the mythical symbol of Liverpool, a 'Liver Bird' bearing a piece of laver seaweed in its beak, the front with official issue number '460', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'FRANK FATTORINI B'HAM' and 'NON TRANSFERABLE'. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, small enamel nick right edge, gilt finish remains bright.
