German WWII Long Model Fireman's Bayonet-This is a handsome example. The nickel silver fittings retain 95% of their original finish. The black checkered bakelite grips are in very good condition. The leather buffer is in place under the crossguard. The scabbard has been repainted, so the paint is 95% in place, but is not the original finish. The blade on this piece is very nice, you can still see some of the faint factory cross graining, and of course the in and out marks.
