State Certified Midwife nurses qualification badge

A scarce original circa 1920's period 'State Certified Midwife' silver plated pin badge', depicting the symbolic figure of 'Juno Lucina' Roman goddess of childbirth within a blue enamel title surround; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham', 'REGd No.725933' and inscribed 'D.I.CRAIG 52960'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, silver plating remains good.Height approx 45mm.
