Early, Named Luftwaffe Grenadier NCO Tunic, 'General Göring'

This is a fine early war Luftwaffe NCO tunic for the famous ground combat unit 'General Göring' which later became the 'Hermann Göring' division. This nco tunic is a tailored piece, with the wearer's name and rank, and all badging indicating a grenadier feldwebel rank. The tabs are applied by hand, using white thread. This is slightly unusual but not impossible; there are many hand-stitched examples done by soldiers especially when promoted. There are no machine stitch marks, or other sewing marks, so it is likely period. Overall a very sharp and rare example, in excellent condition and size. COA accompanies.
