US WW2 M1936 'Musette' field bag 1944

This Bag, Canvas, Field, OD, M1936 aka the M36 Musette was made in 1944 by the Atlantic Products Corporation.It was made in the early WW2 tan shade but has dark olive drab staps and trim which is often referred to by collectors as transitional construction.Near the end of the war a tab was attached to the outside of the bag to attach the shovel, similar to the 1945 productions of the M1936 Bag.This type of bag was commonly issued to paratroopers, armored crewmembers and Officers of all branches of the Army.
