Privately made service blouse for a Heer Gebirgsjäger Hauptmann, constructed of thick wartime quality field grey colored wool, with internal closure plackets of browner shade of wool, lining components are an olive colored polished cotton, the shoulders are padded and the chest lining areas are quilted, there is one internal breast pocket and suspension with DRGM/Assmann logo marked clip, collar is covered in dark green badge cloth and has a single hook and eye, blouse has a six button front, four pleated patch pockets and turn back cuffs, the skirt is unvented, with field grey painted steel buttons, the shoulder board buttons are smaller screw down type, the officer collar patches are straight machine stitched, the shoulder boards are the sew in type having subdued metallic cords on wool bases with two gilt rank pips each, the national emblem is hand rendered in aluminum wires with green thread highlights onto dark green colored felt, it is hand applied as is the high quality Gebirgsjäger arm patch, it has hand embroidery using aluminum, gilt and green colored threads on dark green colored felt, an Ostmedaille ribbon is sewn to the second buttonhole, there is one set of badge loops, with the exception of slight grazing to the felt borders of the Gebirgsjäger arm patch and a 1cm tear to the right cuff, in immaculate lightly used condition, USD $2900
