French made white Kriegsmarine EM overseas cap, the body is constructed of soft white cotton, lining is of an off white fabric with the HBT weave, the circular Paris black maker's stamp is faint, also marked size 57, the machine embroidered national emblem is in blue colored threads on a white backing, the rosette is machine embroidered in black, white and red threads onto white, both pieces are factory hand applied, there are no holes or repairs, the cap has overall age yellowing, the chest area at the fold is a bit faded, the top was sewn together for better fit by its sailor owner, USD $545
