Rare WWII Japanese Army Paratrooper Medical Bag

The green fabric bag bears a separately applied disk with a red cross on the cover. The buckles show rust, with the bag retaining the carrying and attachment straps. The bag exhibits field wear and use, with one lower corner of the bag having a hole, but overall the bag is in good field used condition.
