WW2 British Malta Camouflage Helmet 1939

A stunning malta camouflage helmet in the distinct 'Rubble camouflage' seen used by members of the armed forces & other service personnel on the island during WW2.This helmet belonged to a police officer & started life as a dark blue painted MkII issue with the 'POLICE' wording still discernible under the camouflage paint. Top nut is original to the helmet with matching camouflage paint still visible around its edges.
