Description

Beautiful army infantry visor for enlisted men in good condition. A few small moth nips, shown on the slideshow, otherwise it remains undamaged. White infantry piping surrounds the cap and looks bright. A set of national insignia is period pierced through the front of the cap. Both eagle and cocarde show matching patina and nice details. The liner is complete with its sweatband and the typical black velvet band for this manufacturer 'Peküro'. The celluloid sweat diamond is still present and shows the Peküro Stirndruckfrei Deutsches Reichspatent logo. The cap has a distributor mark on the sweat band from the tailor shop Adam Huss (or Kuss?) in Bad Kreuznach. The name initialials of the solider are pierced in the sweat band. Unit marked to Infantrie-Regiment 107 on the reverse of the sweatband. Size marked 56. Beautiful infantry cap by a desirable manufacturer!
