WW1 PairTo- 33647.PTE.A.F.LEIPER.Arthur Ferguson Leiper was killed in action in France & Flanders 23-9-1918 serving with the 7th service battalion of the Scottish Rifles. He was born in Govan & enlisted in Glasgow. He was 25 years of age at the time of his death & is buried in Moeuvres British cemetery in France.
