1943 Dated Kriegsmarine Coast Artillery EM/NCO Buckle by Christian Theodor Dicke

The steel buckle shows wear to the blue-black finish, with spots of rust on the obverse side. The reverse bears the 'CTD' maker mark of the firm of Christian Theodor Dicke as well as the date of '1943'.
