Description
Impressive bronze cast of Adolf Hitler. The large bust is photographed next to a Infantry Assault badge to show the immense size of approximately twice life size at 45cm in height and 95cm in circumerence. The bust is in good, uncleaned condition. The bust has no marble base, but this could easily be added if desired. Unlike many busts this one features the full neck and shoulder portion and is positioned in a slight angle. The base is nicely adorned with leaf motifs. The bust was signed with FL which couldpossiblyindicate the sculptorFerdinand Liebermannbut this is nót the usual manner of signing for this artist.The bust is a typical hollow cast example by WMF or Württembergische Metallwaren Fabrik in Geislingen The bust is a extra rare, large example that is very hard to obtain!Needless to say shipping is not possible because this piece weighs in at 15+ kilo.
