M38 Luftwaffe single decal paratrooper 'Fallschirmjäger' helmet ET66

M38 pattern paratrooper steel helmet. Helmet was once covered in what I believe to be black paint, now the original green coating is present again. Remaints of the Luftwaffe decal are still present. The helmet is complete with an all original liner. The leather is supple and strong, complete with most of the rubber paddings still intact, some are damaged. The stampings on the leather were badly placed at the time, but should be; 'Baumuster: Heister, Berlin C2′ Hersteller: F.W. Müller'. Size marked; Kopfweite: Gr.54, Stahlhelm-Gr.. 66. The chin straps are 90% present, missing the tip of the long closure strap. Genuine bolts present and untouched. The shell is marked on the side by ET, size 66 and has the lot number 4884. Stunning and hard to find helmet.
