Description
Very interesting M42 army single decal steel helmet. Beautiful example with a ET-pattern decal on the left side, nearly 100% intact and showing nice details. The helmet is complete with its original installed liner, the liner band is dated 1940. The split pins remain straight and unmessed with. The draw string is original. The chin strap is present, but the tip has gone missing. The buckle part is original but was dyed brown post-war. The helmet is named in the rear to Gefreiter Offenkop. A very honest M42 pattern combat helmet!
