These Gauschulungsburg complexes functioned as ideological and administrative training centers for the Party and their staff. Flatware marked to specific institutions such as this is considerably less common than standard Wehrmacht-issue cutlery and represents a scarce subcategory of Third Reich service items.Made of stainless steel, this is a FANTASTIC example!There are some slight wear and marks due to the age, but nothing that detracts. No bends or corrosion, all markings clear and legible.The fork is clearly stamped 'Gauschulungsburg Niederdonau' and also bears the correct KRUPP BERNDORF manufacturer mark with shield logo.
