1939 Gold Wound Badge Marked '65' (Klein & Quenzer A.G.)

The heavy, solid badge is zinc alloy composition and it exhibits typical loss of some of the gilt finish, but it displays very good detail. The reverse bears the LDO code of '65', reflecting production by the firm of Klein & Quenzer A.G. Overall very good field worn condition.
