Cornwall PAMS Armband.

Heavy cotton construction, screen printed armband for use by the Police Auxiliary Messenger Service based in Cornwall. PAMS members were often Scouts or other youth based organisations employed as runners or bicycle messengers. Buckle and tape closure. Excellent, lightly used condition.
