WW1 Bronze Memorial plaqueTo- HENRY.CYRIL.ALDUM.JAUNCEYThe recipient was the 20 year old son of the Reverend.H.J.Jauncey of Bolton, Lancashire & was initially educated in Bolton before moving on to Uppingham college & the RN Training school HMS Conway. He was killed in action at the battle of Jutland 31-5-1916 whilst serving as a sub-lieutenant onboard HMS Defence whilst being in command of a gun.GVF or better & complete with basic research that includes a copy photograph & a good biography from the Bolton journal. Along with CWGC details.
