Japanese Meiji Era Red Lacquered Sake Cup, Crossed Flags

Original era manufacture. Red lacquered wooden sake cup which measures 3.5 inches across. Interesting technique to the handpainted design, in that the white portions of the flags were painted in silver. No damage, normal age and wear.
