French, WWI Cloisonne Match Safe & Match Box

Original era manufacture. Pocket size, gilded brass match safe with a nice quality cloisonne floral decoration on each side. Inside is an original wooden bodied match box. Perhaps French in origin, as this came with a WWI Trench Art match safe in a recent purchase.
