WWII German Army Model 1940 Single Decal Helmet

WWII German Army Model 1940 Single Decal Helmet-This example has a rough texture, field grey finish that is excellent, remaining 90% intact. The army decal is toned and remains very nice at 90%. Inside is a size stamped 56 leather liner that is super clean, with minor wear and scuffing from use. There is a zinc liner band that is maker marked, dated 1940 and size stamped 64/56. There is a drawstring. There are two names written onto the liner. The left side of the interior is stamped Q 64 indicating production by Quist in the size of 64. The rear skirt is stamped with the lot number DN 181. There is a replacement chinstrap. A nice, clean example!
