U.S. Airborne Parachute Piece White Reserve Chestpack - 'Overasselt Battlefield Relic'

Recently purchased from a private household amongst some other items. One of three pieces of U.S. Airborne Parachute. These pieces were found in Overasselt. Likely to have belonged to a soldier landed on zone O. This was the landing zone of the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne division. This is small and large white piece of reserve canopy. Approx 1.50mx3m.
