German 8 Stamp Carousel

Period German stamp holder for 8 stamps. It is in fairly good condition with light wear. There is a M brand marking and R.L.B./S.SR. This could possibly stand for Reichsluftschutzbund for a specific region but I can not be sure of that. It disassembles easily for transport. These actually come up a lot in original military photos in office like environments, both near and well behind the front lines.
