I actually find this one pretty interesting as it tickles my own interest in the proper use of specific words to achieve the desired effect. Communication is key to achieving anything, Its interesting to see see that was properly studied rather than assumed. Something like this should be standard in all educational fields, not just for people entering the workforce.
