Description
A British designed entrenching multi tool, originally destined for use during WW1 but production costs prohibited it from going into general use, it must have continued to be made which makes this example hard to date, made by Acrow it combines a spade with an axe, pick and a jemmy for nails or tins. The base unscrews allowing the handle to separate and the spade to be folded out the handle then folds back locking everything in place. Folded flat it measures 18.5 inches long.
